Before You Open Your Package

For your safety and to protect your order, packages must stay sealed until payment is completed.

We know it’s tempting to check right away — but once the courier confirms payment, you’re free to open and inspect everything normally.

If anything looks wrong, damaged, or not as expected, we’ve got your back.

7-Day Return Window

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • Or the wrong item

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
